    Lateral Rectus Resection

    Dr. Ken Wright performs a right lateral rectus resection for the correction of residual esotropia. Resection requires considerable tension to tighten the muscle. Dr. Wright demonstrates an initial security knot and multiple suture passes through the tendon and sclera to secure the muscle.
